TYR, Compete Force, O2, LMNT, stretch Lab, Zach Goulet Sports Massage Therapy, Ohio Sports Chiropractic, it’s all coming together at the Stadium Games at Akron University’s infocision Stadium! June 3rd!
The weightlifting program has helped me focus on technique and form. I really like the change in routine (throwing the Olympic lifting class in the mix) Since we are just doing lifts- I can take my time and think about what I’m doing and make adjustments as I go. I feel like I’ve gotten stronger ...

- Andrew FExcellent community and athlete centered approach. Facility was designed with the athlete in mind making sure to provide space to get ready and socialize while still leaving plenty of room for multiple workouts. Equipment is pretty much all brand new. Coaches are excellent and will work with each athlete to scale or modify appropriately.
- Diane T“I was initially interested in the Olympic Weightlifting class to increase both my strength and efficiency so the workouts would suck less. I also knew I was risking serious injury with unrefined technique. This class became an instant game changer not only in my improved technique but how my body moves and feels. The progress I’ve made in my health and the efficiency in my workouts is greatly attributed to this class. I can’t recommend it enough.”
- CVCF CWhen I started this program a few years ago, it was just to try something different. Instead it has completely improved all aspects of the CrossFit experience for me. Learning proper technique and the reasoning behind it really gets you in the right mindset to hit lifts you never dreamed of accomplishing. The practice in this program translates to the lifts in the wods, which is a huge help. Joining the lifting program was the best decision. -Brit
